What personal data we collect, why we collect it and who receives it

Introduction

According to the European law on personal data protection – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – with this Privacy Policy we would like to inform you about any user information we are tracking or storing and that it is used for administrational purposes only.

Messages in the contact form

When visitors leave messages on the site, we collect the data shown in the contact form (inserted name, email, message content) and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The information you provide in the contact form available through the website is sent to the email address of the project coordinator and who is the only party that has access to this information. Visitor messages may additionally be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Cookies

If you leave a message on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Analytics

For the purpose of reporting to the Austria’s National Agency of the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, the number of activities through the site, we track the pages that visitors read and the location they are accessed from.
